Most standard boiler replacements take between 4–8 hours and can be completed in a single day. If the new boiler is going in a different location or major pipework changes are needed, it may take two days. We’ll always give you a realistic timeframe before we start.

We’re Worcester Bosch accredited, so we can offer up to 10-year warranties on their units. We also install Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi and Viessmann. We’ll always recommend the best boiler for your specific home and budget rather than the one with the best margin for us.

Yes — someone over 18 needs to be present for the duration of the install. At the end of the job we’ll walk you through how to use your new boiler and thermostat controls, so it’s worth being around for the sign-off at the end.

Once a year. Annual servicing keeps your boiler running safely and efficiently, maintains your manufacturer warranty, and is usually a requirement of your home insurance. We’ll send you a reminder when your service is due.

A small pressure drop occasionally is normal. But if your boiler is losing pressure repeatedly, it usually indicates a leak somewhere in the system — a faulty pressure relief valve, a small leak on a radiator or pipework, or an issue with the expansion vessel. It’s worth getting it looked at sooner rather than later.

Our annual service includes a visual inspection of the boiler and flue, a combustion analysis, checks on all controls and safety devices, a clean of key components, a pressure and water flow check, and a full gas tightness test. You’ll receive a service report at the end.
