Modern air conditioning does more than cool your home in summer. Most of the systems we install are reverse-cycle heat pumps, providing efficient cooling in warmer months and heating in winter. In heating mode, they can achieve efficiencies of around 300–400% under suitable operating conditions. With 0% VAT available on qualifying domestic installations until 31 March 2027, they’re an energy-efficient way to stay comfortable all year round.
Based in Sheffield, we install domestic and commercial air conditioning systems across South Yorkshire, from single-room split systems to multi-split, ducted and VRF systems. Our F-Gas certified engineers provide free surveys, professional installation, commissioning and ongoing servicing.

Not cooling or heating properly? Gas leak? Strange noise? Our F-Gas certified engineers diagnose and fix all makes and models.
Old inefficient unit? We’ll remove and dispose of the old system and install a modern A+++ rated replacement — often with significant energy savings.

We start every installation with a free survey, helping you choose the right air conditioning system before carrying out a professional installation and commissioning.
Designed for larger commercial premises, VRF systems provide efficient heating and cooling across multiple rooms or zones from a single outdoor unit.
Connecting several indoor units to one outdoor unit, multi-split systems let you control the temperature in different rooms without multiple outdoor units.

Homeowners may be eligible for 0% VAT on qualifying domestic air conditioning installations. Available from 1 April 2022 until 31 March 2027, the relief can reduce the cost of installing an energy-efficient heating and cooling system. We’ll explain whether your installation qualifies during your free home survey.
A single-room domestic split system typically costs £1,500–£2,000 fully installed, including the unit, all pipework and electrical connection. Multi-room systems start from around £2,400. Commercial installations vary significantly by size and complexity — we always carry out a free survey first and provide a fixed quote before any work begins.
Yes — all modern split system air conditioning units are reverse-cycle heat pumps, meaning they both cool in summer and heat in winter. They’re typically 300–400% efficient as heaters, making them cheaper to run than electric panel heaters or storage heaters. Many customers use them as a primary heating source in bedrooms or home offices.
In most cases, no. Air conditioning outdoor units are generally permitted development for houses, subject to certain size and noise limits. Flats, listed buildings and conservation areas may require planning permission. We’ll advise you on this during your free survey — in the vast majority of South Yorkshire residential installs, planning permission isn’t needed.
Modern units are very quiet — typically 19–25dB for the indoor unit (quieter than a whisper) and 40–50dB for the outdoor unit at one metre. Correct positioning is important: we avoid placing outdoor units directly below bedroom windows or close to neighbouring boundaries. We’ll advise on the best location during your survey.
A single-room domestic installation typically takes 4–6 hours and is completed in one day. Multi-room systems generally take 1–2 days depending on the number of units and pipework complexity. Commercial installations vary. We’ll give you a realistic time estimate when we survey.
We recommend an annual service to clean filters, check refrigerant levels and inspect the system. Regular servicing maintains efficiency, catches small issues before they become expensive problems, and is often required to keep the manufacturer’s warranty valid. Our annual AC service starts from £95.
