No. All our plans are monthly rolling — you pay month to month by direct debit and can cancel at any time with no penalty. We’d rather earn your loyalty by doing a good job than trap you in a contract.
We cover gas boilers up to 15 years old that are in reasonable working order when the plan starts. If your boiler has a known fault when you sign up, we’ll need to repair it first before cover begins. We’re upfront about this — give us a call and we’ll assess whether your boiler is suitable.
No – our plans are service-only and do not include repairs, parts or labour. If your boiler does develop a fault, we’ll always provide a clear quote for any repair work before carrying it out.
We aim to attend all plan customer breakdowns within 24 hours. In most cases we can get out same day or next morning. Because we’re local and carry common spare parts on the van, we fix the majority of breakdowns on the first visit — no waiting around for parts to be ordered.
